3/4 Brass Barbed Check Valve for Vinyl Tubing

Featuring premium quality Brass construction, this 3/4" inch PROPEX/EXPANSION PEX barbed check valve is designed with a free-floating "PTFE" solid ball and a “Viton/FKM”-“O”-Ring encased by a Brass body. This valve can endure operating pressures of up to 200psi and high temperatures of up to 380F degrees. The innovative design, known as “Max-Flo-Check”, ensures maximum flow in-line. When there is positive moving fluid flow, the ball moves freely away from the sealing “O” ring, allowing for zero fluid resistance. In the event of negative or reverse fluid flow, the ball is pushed back into the “O” ring for a solid fluid stop.

This in-line, one-way automatic ball valve stop prevents liquid-fluid from back-flowing, returning, or experiencing a loss of prime in applications such as potable water, mild chemicals, or fuel lines. It is not suitable for use with dirty pond water.

This check valve is compliant with NSF standards and meets UPC, IPC, and cUPC requirements. Constructed with a durable Brass body, it includes a Dynamic "PTFE" solid ball stop and a "Viton/FKM-"O-Ring" for a secure seal. It can withstand high operating temperatures of 380F and pressures of 280PSI, making it the highest-rated in its class.

The valve has a Barb x Barb (Outside Diameter) of 3/4"x 3/4" inch or 0.750" x 0.750" inch. If the valve fails within 3 years of purchase, it is covered by a warranty that ensures a full refund. Installation is simple, with arrows indicating the direction of liquid flow and a recommendation for vertical positioning. The durable Brass body allows for the use of mechanical stainless steel clamps or compression crimping-rings brass/copper to secure a tight connection.
