WORKING PRINCIPLE OF THE VERTICAL CHECK VALVE

During forward fluid movement, the valve flap is pushed open by fluid pressure, allowing smooth flow through the pipeline. However, when fluid flows in the reverse direction, the valve flap and seat tightly seal to prevent backflow and leakage of the medium.

WORKFLOW OF THE CHECK VALVE

Under normal operating conditions, the valve flap remains open, allowing fluid to flow freely.
